Tatsuro Horikawa is the brain behind high-design brand JULIUS. The current collection is a suitably inky affair; washed fluid jersey, semi-sheer mesh knits, and roughed-up leather are combined to create a range of clothes imbued with a certain shadowy charm. As of now, the label has a fairly small cult following in Japan and Europe while just hitting the streets of the Americas.
