Jewelry designer Asataka Moriyama began learning about the process in the early 2000s, and in 2007, he joined the JP domestic brand hum. Spending 14 years at the helm of design for hum led Asataka to venture out on his own and establish his label, kiuna.
Collections are defined by minimalist designs and the fact that all pieces are produced within JP. Asataka’s previous work experience introduced him to domestic manufacturers who still have the proper and time-honored machinery to produce quality 18k gold pieces. The results are sophisticated pieces that are easy to wear alone or add some panache to your look.
